01 — The premise
Most autonomy decisions are made from specification sheets, vendor videos, and a conference-room demonstration of a single machine working in isolation. None of those show the part that decides whether a deployment holds: how missions are dispatched, what confirms a task is complete, what governs the handoff between systems, and what happens when a unit hits an exception mid-shift.
TecNexus exists so those questions can be asked standing in front of a working fleet. The platforms on the floor are production units rather than prototypes, and they run under the same orchestration layer that governs live customer deployments.
Evaluation improves materially when the system can be observed under load.
Four decades of the technology, and the fleet that runs today, in one continuous visit.
How a visit works
Every engagement begins the same way — with the people who will live with the system standing in front of it. What follows is evidence, then relevance, then a practical path to deployment.
02 — The floor
Each stop answers a different operational question. A guided visit runs the full sequence in approximately ninety minutes.
The lineage of the technology — from early industrial computing through to the machines running on the floor today.
Complete workflows across four industries, each built to industry specification and running under live orchestration.
The live fleet in daily operation, with the platform and the people around it — charging, staging, servicing, dispatch and support.
Fleet orchestration made visible. Mixed-manufacturer fleets on a single view, with mission status and exceptions in real time.
The edge, connectivity and compute foundation beneath everything else on the floor.
Capability transfer to the operators who will live with the system after everyone else goes home.
RCP naming pending confirmation before launch.
03 — The theaters
Continuous material movement with no driver in the loop — inbound to storage, storage to pick, pick to pack, pack to dock, under single-point orchestration.
Store-floor work that runs alongside customers rather than after close — shelf and stock monitoring, replenishment, back-of-house transport and floor care.
Clinical corridor movement — supply, linen, specimen and waste between departments, including the elevator, door and access handoffs that decide whether it works.
Guest-facing and service work in the same building — delivery to room, runner support between kitchen and floor, and overnight floor care.
Integration cannot be procured as a line item. It has to be built, and then it has to be walked.

04 — Built for decisions
Bring the operations lead, the IT lead, and the person who thinks it won't work.
See in-market machines by industry, with the service model that sits behind them.
Bring a customer into an environment that answers what a line card cannot.
Qualify and integrate a platform alongside others under one orchestration layer.
Field trips, workforce programs and delegations are hosted on a continuing basis.
05 — Plan a visit
Tell us what your team is evaluating. The route is built around the workflows and the questions that matter to you, then walked with the operators and engineers who run the fleet.

Visits are arranged around your team's schedule. Groups, delegations and multi-stakeholder evaluations are accommodated with notice.
